Ingredients
2 cups of peanut
3 eggs
5 cups of flour
6 tbs of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla flavor
Pinch of salt
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of baking powder
Oil for deep frying
Bring your peanut into a bowl, pick all the splited peanuts
Combine flour and salt in another bowl and add the baking powder
Break the eggs, add the vanilla and sugar whisk all together
Add 2 tbs of egg mixture into the groundnut and shake the bowl to mix
Pour 2 handful of the flour mixture and mix lightly with hand and then mix thoroughly by shaking the bowl
Repeat the process until the egg is finished and the peanuts are completely coated
Make sure the peanuts are separated from one another
Transfer the peanuts into colander and gently shake off excess flour from it
Heat up oil in a pan, fry the peanut until they are golden brown
Serve when chilled
