Peanuts Burger

Ingredients

2 cups of peanut

3 eggs

5 cups of flour

6 tbs of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla flavor

Pinch of salt

Pinch of nutmeg

1 tsp of baking powder

Oil for deep frying

Bring your peanut into a bowl, pick all the splited peanuts

Combine flour and salt in another bowl and add the baking powder

Break the eggs, add the vanilla and sugar whisk all together

Add 2 tbs of egg mixture into the groundnut and shake the bowl to mix

Pour 2 handful of the flour mixture and mix lightly with hand and then mix thoroughly by shaking the bowl

Repeat the process until the egg is finished and the peanuts are completely coated

Make sure the peanuts are separated from one another

Transfer the peanuts into colander and gently shake off excess flour from it

Heat up oil in a pan, fry the peanut until they are golden brown

Serve when chilled

Stir Fried Beef

Ingredients:

1 kg of beef cooked

2 carrots strips cut

1 big onion

2 scotch bonnet chopped

2 tbs of vegetable oil

2 green pepper thin slice

1 tbs of seasoning powder

1 tsp of garlic paste

1 tsp ginger powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup of peas boiled

1/4 medium cabbage

1 tsp of curry powder

1/4 green beans boiled

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add your beef, garlic and ginger fry on medium heat

Constantly stirring it until brown

Add scotch bonnet, vegetables, seasoning and curry powder stir fry for 5minutes

Serve and Enjoy

Rice Balls

Ingredients

1 cup of rice boiled

2 tbs of flour

1 onion chopped

pinch of salt

1 tsp of seasoning powder

4 scotch bonnet chopped

1 tsp of garlic paste

pinch of curry powder

Vegetable oil

In a bowl add the boiled rice and mash add flour and mix

Add onion, seasoning, scotch bonnet, garlic paste, salt and curry mix it well

Make a small balls and roll over in bread crumbs

Pour oil into the frying pan, fry the balls in hot oil turning as needed to ensure even browning

Drain and serve warm
