Ingredients
1 cup of rice boiled
2 tbs of flour
1 onion chopped
pinch of salt
1 tsp of seasoning powder
4 scotch bonnet chopped
1 tsp of garlic paste
pinch of curry powder
Vegetable oil
In a bowl add the boiled rice and mash add flour and mix
Add onion, seasoning, scotch bonnet, garlic paste, salt and curry mix it well
Make a small balls and roll over in bread crumbs
Pour oil into the frying pan, fry the balls in hot oil turning as needed to ensure even browning
Drain and serve warm
